Fill out the form below to report your claim. Tell us what happened in as much detail as possible. Include pictures if you can – or a video.
2. Verify
We’ll check your claim against the scope of cover. If it’s covered, we’ll move it along. In case it isn’t covered under your policy, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
3. Documents
This is a legal process and we may ask for some supporting documents. But don’t worry, we’ll work with you to get everything together – so it’s less of a burden on you.
4. Investigate
Once we’ve got everything we need, we’ll go ahead and investigate. We pride ourselves on our quick claims processing, so you should hear from us in no time.
5. Approve
Provided everything’s gone through successfully, we’ll give you an estimate. If you’re happy with it, we’ll go ahead and approve the claim – so you can get your money back.
